A Development Agent (DA)is an independent contractor, with an agreement to develop and support a Tubby's Sub Shop within a certain territory. Duties include:

1. Recruitment of new Tubby's franchise owners
2. Assistance to Tubby's franchise owners in their area
3. Assistance with lease negotiation
4. Assistance with construction and opening of Tubby's restaurant
5. Provide ongoing operational support

As compensation, the Tubby's Development Agent will receive a portion of all franchise fees and 1/3 of the royalties collected from the stores within their territory.

To become a Tubby's DA, the following cirteria will be considered:

1. Financial capability to purchase the marketing rights to the area
2. Ability to develop three to five stores within the first two years of the agreement date
3. Experience to manage the growth of the Tubby's concept(s) within the market
4. Restaurant experience; fast food knowledge; management skills
5. Lease negotiation skills and construction knowledge
